The Weston room is the largest bedroom. A luxurious and spacious double bedroom.with a super comfortable King size sealy bed. Luxury quilt and fine linen. The bedroom has has its own full sized sofa for your comfort and relaxation. There is a 28" LCD TV (with Freeview). DVD player. There is a room fridge, trouser press and well stocked hospitality tray. This superior room has a 'state of the art' luxury ensuite. Complete with a double ended roll top bath (room enough for 2), large separate shower cubicle, 'his and hers' basins with double mirror and vanity lights, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail. The Linton Room
The Linton room is a large double bedroom. The bed is a luxury double bed with orthopaedic mattress. Luxury quilt and fine linen. Elegant decor including a chandelier and candle wall lights. Thick luxury carpet. The room has its own sofa,TV with freeview and DVD. There is a room fridge and well stocked hospitality tray. The ensuite comprises a large shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail. This bedroom is located on the ground floor, therefore being suitable for those who find stairs difficult to manage.
The Penyard Room
The Penyard room is a smaller double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Ideal for those short stays, single occupancy or when you need an additional room (holidaying with friends etc). This room has a double bed, with quality bedding, LCD TV with freeview, window seat (admire the views from the window), well stocked hospitality tray. The shower room has a corner quadrant single shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

are those little extras to make your holiday special. These include
home made cake and tea on arrival (served in our lounge or in your
room).In your bedroom you will find chocolate mints, toiletries, wine
glasses, bottle opener and bottle stopper, iced water and well stocked
hospitality tray.
To ensure you make the
most of the area, Jon and Sue have a wealth of knowledge on the local
area and can offer walks, maps or car audio tour CD's to borrow during
your stay.
