Eastview bed and breakfast has three rooms available – the Linton, the Weston and
the Penyard.
On site level parking is available for all guests.The site is level with ground floor access to
the main reception rooms.The Linton room
is on the ground floor with no change in level from the main entrance. The
Weston and Penyard rooms are on the first floor accessed by a flight of stairs.
The walls, doors and furniture are of contrasting colours to aid
those with sight disabilities.

• Eastview is in a rural location, 3 miles from the nearest town of Ross-on-Wye.

• Nearest bus service 1 mile (+ local service runs once a week)

• Train station 14 miles (Gloucester or Hereford, 10 miles
Ledbury).
• Shop mobility facilities in Ross-on-Wye, Hereford
and Gloucester.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• Parking space designated for guests use. This is right outside the accommodation.
• There is a dropped kerb to the drive.
• The driveway is well compacted level gravel.
• The driveway and entrance is well lit with sensor lights.
• There is a house name on the main house wall and a wooden post sign on the
roadside verge.
Main Entrance & Reception
• Entry can be made through the main front door. One 8" step into the
accommodation.
• Lighting in the accommodation is good with a variety of electric lights for
when it gets dark. Emergency lighting in the hall and landing are connected are
to the fire alarm system.
• Outside and an indoor doormats are provided.
• A guided tour is made on arrival.
• The doors are of contrasting colour to the surround (wood)
• Assistance with luggage
available.
Breakfast Room
• The breakfast room is located in the conservatory, level access
(on the ground floor).
• Lighting in the breakfast room is good with all round windows.
• An outside paved patio area is accessed via the patio doors (one 8” step)
Outdoor Facilities
• Grounds are basically level and consist of gravel, grass and
paving.
• There is a small level paved patio area outside of the
conservatory with lawns and decking beyond.Small change in level between lawns (decorative gravel area in between).
• Decking area beyond over 3 levels (5” step each change in level)
Linton Bedroom
• Ground floor access.
• Bedroom is carpeted.

• Lighting with overhead chandelier and wall lights on two walls. 2 bedside
lamps.
